Razor sharp, made to slice, holds a great edge, it even cuts through my mother-in-law’s grocery outlet steaks with ease. That’s hard to believe. We used to have to gas up the Poulan for that, not anymore thanks to Tops. If it came with a clip I would have given it a 5.
