The A/O slider knob is poorly designed. It is small and has very sharp edges that hurt when the user attempts to slide it back to the locking position. The other type of S&W OTF knives have a larger, smoother and better designed A/O slider. The knife itself works well as far as blade deployment and is fine, no problem.
