Very sharp right out of the box; sharper than the SRK I purchased. I wish the sheath was similar to the one that comes with the SRK with the small strap that snaps around the SRK handle. If you have medium to large size hands it is not ergonomically friendly. It is fine for my wife’s smaller hands. Otherwise, a nice addition to my collection.

Great value and good knife, the sheath is nothing special but for under $20 I can’t complain. Get one if you need a knife to beat up & abuse, the 4116 is easily sharpened and will take a nice fine grain edge.
