The Rough Ryder Trapper Lock is one of my favorite knives for Food Prep. It Butterfly’s a raw chicken Breast like cutting through melted butter. I am extremely happy with this knife, the fit and finish is good and it arrived Hair popping sharp. The Rough Ryder TrapperLock also looks Very Cool in Tobacco Smooth Bone, and It feels good in my hand. An excellent Knife. I bought two, one in Tobacco Smooth Bone and one in Brown Jigged Bone.

It’s ok for the price. It’s going to have to really loosen up to use the thumb stub to one hand open. It’s a beautiful knife. It wasn’t very sharp out of the box.
