The Microtech LUDT Gen III T/E Automatic Knife OD Green is a modern version of Microtech’s first knife, the UDT. It has undergone several changes and improvements over the past twenty years, including minor styling changes, the inclusion of inlays, the use of standard Torx screws, and the ultra-smooth, ultra-solid silica carbide ball bearing pivot.
This knife is the first Microtech automatic knife to feature Microtech’s proprietary Bohler M390MK super steel, which has improved edge retention over conventional M390.
