Dont be taken in by this futuristic design with its exotic steel, Mantis is a brand that lies to it’s customers an misrepresents materials. The steel on this knife is probably more like 440A. Whatever it is, it’s certainly not CPM440V. Chicago Knife Works is not to blame. They are just taking the producers word for it like all distributors should be able to do.
