One of the very best knives made! This is capable of literally any task. The 3v steel is incredible! The 3v is an upgrade to the K490 in my opinion. Even though this is a 6” blade and can handle big tasks, it is also unbelievably nimble and can work smaller tasks with comfort and ease. This is do in part to the excellent geometry and balance of the blade. The ergonomics are outstanding and I love the ferro striker on the pommel. Though you have to be precise with the striker, it works really well. This is a batoning master and creates beautiful feather sticks! It is relatively light weight considering it size and carries comfortably on the belt. My hands don’t get fatigued with extended use and there are not any hot spots. I can easily recommend this knife!!!
