Super snappy action and it’s got a nice heft for a smaller knife.

One of my favorites for EDC. The flipper action on the Leek is very fast. Faster I think than some autos. Overall, the design just feels good in your hand when in use. Very natural. For me the Wharncliffe blade shape on the Leek always looked funny but then I tried using one and became a convert. It is a very useful blade shape that in my opinion is underrated. CPM-154 has shown itself to be an excellent blade steel. Mine has kept a good edge while touching up easily using a strop. It doesn’t take long to make the edge super sharp. I have another Leek with the composite 14C28N/D2 blade but much prefer the CPM-154. The copper scales add a little desirable weight – not enough to be bothersome but enough to make the knife feel substantial in your hand. My copper scales have accumulated a very nice patina.
