The true value of a review comes when an order does not go as expected and the way in which a company resolves the problem. I ordered 3 of these blades and received them promptly. Upon arrival I discovered 2 of the blades weren’t as described. Similar blades were included in properly labeled packaging but weren’t the blades that I ordered. Upon my notification (via email) that there was a problem I heard back from customer service within hours. At company’s request, I sent a picture of what I received vs what I had ordered. I was sent a return shipping label within minutes. I returned incorrect items next day and had correct items back within 3 days. Human errors occur. Customer service corrected the issue as quickly and as easily as I could have hoped for and without ever having to make a phone call. Customer service was great. I was pleased and would order again without hesitation!
